Upon arrival, the room was not ready until late, pushing our check-in time well past 3 PM, much to our annoyance. Encountered multiple maintenance issues including a shower that flooded the bathroom and repeated leaks from the sink, which left the room looking unkempt with dust and stains on the furnishings. Daily housekeeping felt inconsistent at best, leading to us cleaning surfaces ourselves, and the breakfast offered felt mediocre on longer stays.

Clean place with stunning view of Wellington harbor and the surrounding hills. Enjoyable stay for 5 nights, no reason to complain.

So central to cafes shopping museum and art galleries spotlessly clean and room size a big plus this is our second visit and still very satisfied.
the only thing was it got very warm in the bathroom and we could not find a fan to take away the steam but just a small thing really.

Naumi Hotel is an absolute sensory dreamland! The decor is vibrant and eclectic, the room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a giant TV and USB ports right on the headboard. Located in the heart of Cuba Street, there's no shortage of funky cafes and vibrant nightlife right at your doorstep. Plus, the complimentary lollies at the reception are a good treat after a long day! The warm pool and friendly atmosphere just add to the charm.
Noisy bathroom extraction.

Cooking facilities including the cooking pack. Very comfortable bed. Pool and spa.
The water in the spa was a little too hot.

The hotel's design is stylish and the spacious Habitat Twin room included a giant TV with streaming options, perfect for families. Staff were kind, even providing a welcome drink and snacks. The quality of sleep was affected by the lack of soundproofing in the room.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the great location - in funky Cuba St. I also enjoyed the feeling of luxury - not usual for us.

It offered us great location near public transport from/to the airport, and so many fantastic shops, restaurants & bars. We were offered a twin room complete with a spa bath, aircon, blankets tucked away in draws.
The views were awful.

Location is excellent. Internet is not free after 30 minutes, but if you join the Comfort Program, you will get it free. Hmm, let me think. Did I mention the excellent location? Right on trendy Cuba Street?
The room I was given was nothing like I had hoped. No view, except the side of a building. Two full beds instead of one queen/king. When I asked about the availabilty of another room, I was told there was none. I got the impression since I booked through an internet site, they did not treat me as well, as if I booked right through them. No wireless internet, only wired in the room. In this day and age, really? No air conditioning, so be carefull if booking in the (Southern Hemisphere) summer.
